What you need to get started with Ada Programming

  1. Download the Mac OS X compiler for your version of OS X from MacAda.org
  2. Open the disk image and run the package installer
  3. Download the Carbon bindings for your version of OS X from MacAda.org
  4. Open the disk image and run the package installer
  5. Read through the tutorial on using XCode with GNAT
  6. Go to AdaPower - Learn Ada
  7. Choose learning materials to get you started
